Channel Partner Options :

In the light of tough competition and higher expectations of customers and channel partners we have designed a very promising strategy for our channel partners. Some of the highlights of our Channel Partner Policy are :

Channel Partner Categorization

There are primarily three types of Channel Partners whom we appoint :
  1. Distributor
  2. Dealer Partner
  3. Reseller

The above categorization is pretty much the norm that is followed in the industry and a typical supply chain network. However we have a rating system also to further categorise our channel partners into Gold , Silver and Bronze based on their performance. This helps us in our internal assessment and accordingly reinforce appropriate focus and attention to the performing partners. We have interesting incentive and development schemes for these three different levels of channel partners.

A non performing channel partner automatically slides back into the Inactive mode and is not considered for Gold, Silver or Bronze ratings.
